Since entering the real estate industry in 2016, Isaac has arranged financing for acquisitions and refinancings across all major asset classes nationwide. He brings hands-on experience originating and closing loans with agency lenders, banks, life companies, CMBS lenders, and more. Prior to founding Hawk Capital, he worked at Eastern Union and Calloway Capital (now Northmarq), where he developed long-standing industry relationships.
