Isaac Levychaim

Founder & Principal, Hawk Capital

Isaac Levychaim began his career at Eastern Union before advancing to Managing Director at Calloway Capital (subsequently acquired by Northmarq), where he further developed his expertise in commercial real estate finance, capital markets, and complex financing structures.

Throughout his career, Isaac has arranged acquisition and refinance financing across major commercial real estate asset classes nationwide, working with a broad network of capital sources, including banks, credit unions, agency lenders, life insurance companies, CMBS lenders, and debt funds.

Known for his hands-on approach, Isaac takes the time to understand each transaction, identify the right capital source, negotiate favorable financing terms, and remain personally involved through closing.
